Meet Danni & Dre! The husband-and-wife team behind MAD Millennial Collective. Together, we help founders, creatives, consultants, nonprofits, and small teams get their backend organized so they can stop carrying every task, reminder, and process in their heads. With experience across admin support, operations, social media, content, project coordination, client communication, and SOP creation, we bring both structure and real-life understanding to the work we do.

Dannielle Bardowell-James

Danni is the systems-minded all-rounder behind The MAD Millennial Collective. She turns chaotic inboxes, scattered tasks, mystery folders, and “I’ll organize it later” workflows into clear, usable systems. If Dre is the steady hand that keeps things moving, Danni is the systems brain making sure everything has a place, a process, and a backup plan.
